The World's
Best Carrot
Cake is made
from the best
and freshest
organic and all
natural
ingredients we
can find. We
make your cake
by hand (see
"the cakery"),
from scratch,
in small
batches, to
provide the
best possible
flavor.
Each 8",
three-layer
cake weighs
approximately 5
pounds, and the
shipping
weight, with
packaging, is
about 8
lbs.
Once
we bake and ice
your World's
Best Carrot
Cake, we flash
freeze it, wrap
it in
decorative
tissue paper,
cellophane and
accents, and
place it on ice
packs in a
styrofoam
cooler box. The
cake is
surrounded by
foam beads to
provide more
insulation and
prevent
movement. The
cooler is
enclosed in a
cardboard
shipping box
and clearly
marked as
perishable.
(Condensation
prevents us
from using
biodegradable
packing
material, but
we are
continually
searching for
greener
alternatives.)
Your
order will be
sent via either
US Postal
Service
Priority Mail
with Delivery
Confirmation or
UPS. All
World's Best
Carrot Cakes
are very moist
which helps
ensure their
fresh arrival.

the continental
U.S.

not picked up right away, we

Overnight
Orders are available Monday
through Friday, ONLY.
You must speak to Avi for
overnight orders: 828-273-9636.
Overnight shipping rates are in
addition to the regular
shipping
charges.
Someone must
be available to receive your
cake when it arrives.
We are not responsible for the
condition of a cake that is
left on a doorstep or for which
delivery is postponed because
no one is home! Nor will we
guarantee orders for which we
are given an incorrect
address.
